Great little beanie! We had been struggling to find a hat that stayed on my baby’s head during walks in the carrier, and after many rounds of trial and error with others, slouch is the winner! When will my order ship?

Most orders are shipped out within 1 to 2 business days. The turnaround time may vary based on order volume.

When will I receive my order?

United States: usually within 2 to 6 days.

Canada: usually within 2 to 3 weeks.

Everywhere Else: usually within 4 to 5 weeks.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any sort. Since we sell products primarily to infants and toddlers, we do not offer returns or exchanges since we can't account for where the beanies have been or what they may have been exposed to. We do this to ensure that no infants or toddlers receive a beanie that may have been exposed to any allergens. 

How can I wash my beanie?

We recommend spot cleaning by hand if possible. For the handmade slouch beanies you can machine wash on cold with gentle cycle. Reshape beanie, lay flat and air dry. The knit cuff and wharf beanies are more gentle and should be hand washed if possible. Too much agitation in the washer can make them fuzzy.
