Shipping policy

UNITED STATES

USPS Ground Advantage - this is our standard shipping service and is a flat rate of $5.50. Orders of $50 or more qualify for FREE shipping, which will automatically show as an available option at checkout. Delivery time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. We ship from Utah.

USPS Priority Mail - this is our expedited shipping service and is a flat rate of $11. Delivery time is 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. We ship from Utah.

CANADA

USPS First Class Mail International - this is our standard shipping service and is $18 to $36, depending on the weight of the order. We cover a portion of the shipping cost to make it more affordable for our amazing Canadian customers. Delivery time is 7 to 21 business days. USPS takes the package to the border, then Canada Post finishes the delivery. Once the package has cleared customs, you can enter your tracking number on the Canada Post website for a more precise estimated delivery date.

EVERYWHERE ELSE

USPS First Class Mail International - this is our standard shipping service and is $22 to $52, depending on the weight of the order. Delivery time is 14 to 35 business days. USPS takes the package to your country, then your local mail service finishes the delivery.

DUTIES/TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

TURNAROUND TIME

Our turnaround time is usually 1 to 3 business days. This is the time from your order being placed to the order being shipped out. This time may be longer during our busy season (Fall/Winter) or following a sale. ADDITONAL NOTES

These shipping times can vary based on weather, location, holidays, customs processing, mail carrier strikes, etc.

We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address being submitted. If the package is returned to us for an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for the full shipping cost to reship the order.
